Lindsay Cave was born and raised in Baltimore City, Maryland. At a young age she realized how low-income families continually struggle to find honest and affordable representation. This is what prompted her curiosity about a professional legal career. After high school she enrolled herself into the Paralegal Studies program at Baltimore Community College in 2008.
Lindsay worked three jobs to put herself through college and then a year later landed an entry level position for well-known East Coast firm. The following year, Lindsay graduated with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. She continued her education at the University of Baltimore School of Law. As Lindsay’s knowledge and experience continued to expand, she began to excel within the company and received several promotions to Intake Manager, Co-Counsel Case Manager and Personal Injury Case Manager.
In 2013 Lindsay graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence. Soon after, her employer promoted her to the position of Trial Paralegal where she resided on the Personal Injury Litigation Team until 2015. At this time, she gave birth to her son and put her legal career on a brief hold as the country watched the Baltimore City riots unfold. With a new set of priorities, Lindsay believed it was time for a major change in scenery. After her maternity leave, she resumed her position and started to plan her big move out West!
Lindsay set her sights on Colorado Springs and began to research the names of major firms in the area. In 2017, she received a job offer to join the Litigation Team at a local personal injury firm. After three years of working for this large firm, she realized she was missing the personal touch she used to have with each of her clients. Lindsay continued to research the local firms in the area and found a firm that aligns with her personal morals and values.
